Day 3 and things are on track. My assumptions about yesterday’s loss were correct as some of that reappeared on this morning’s scale. It will be interesting to see what tomorrow morning’s readings are.
This morning was rushed as the dogs had to get off to camp for the day so we all had to leave the house about a half hour earlier than normal, so no video this a.m. It was a bit warmer than yesterday, and much sunnier—I even had to break out the sunglasses!
It was steel-cut oatmeal for breakfast, but this time with just blueberries and no raisins. I did manage to add a banana to the menu, along with the he usual coffee with almond milk. Tomorrow I will break out of this oatmeal habit and splurge on eggs!
Energy levels are good, and I’m still aiming for 10k or more steps a day. I have a little catching up to do (while my Apple Watch charges up), but I’m confident I will succeed.
From the relaxation side of things, I’ve been rewatching the series, Arrested Development. This show is just as funny on the repeat viewings and a great way of winding down for the day. However, it’s been a long time since I could just sit down and watch TV without doing anything else, so hopefully I’ll get a bit more done on the latest knitting project.
So that’s all I’ve got for today. I’m now off to get more steps in!
